MONSTERSWAP 2020: From May 4th to ... some time in early July, Marco was a pooka! Behold the computer mouse.
MINOTAUR FUNTIMES 2021: From January 10th to March 10th, Marco was a minotaur again! Just about the same as pictured above, but with a webbed robot hand now.
MONSTERSWAP 2022: From May 6th to July 4th, Marco was a naga, much to his displeasure! Here is a reference picture - as always, his right hand remains metallic, red and webbed.
DEMON FUNTIMES 2023: Marco was a demon again for July! He looks mostly the same as above, but this time, he kept his hair long.

ABOUT MARCO'S TIKBALANG-BOUGHT STORMY POWERS
in loving memoryOnce upon a time Marco decided he needed some help in the physical/magical prowess department and so he forked over 120 coins to Tikbalang and did all this junk. As a result, he now has the ability to cause stormy weather near/in a source of water, with the following limitations:
- The effect scales according to the size of the water source in question (i.e. doing it near a bathtub would cause some condensation and ripples at best, doing it near the ocean would be significantly more dangerous)
- The effect is localised to the area he's in, even if he's doing it near the ocean. As for how wide the range is... In lakes and such I suppose the effect is just limited to the surface area (plus, like, a meter or two surrounding it), but as far as the sea is concerned, uh. No more than a mile, I'd say, and even that feels like a bit much. ALL OF THIS IS MALLEABLE IN ACTUAL PLAY OF COURSE I don't wanna ruin anyone's fun
- Certain emotional states can accidentally trigger these powers.
GOD BOONS
- Lowered fog influence + added weakness during fog days
Tier 1 & 2: (Gained July 3rd 2016 or so)
- Death counter plugin
- Instant resurrection in the arcade
- Minor spell: The ability to create a layer of darkness in someone's field of vision for 30 seconds. Kind of like a dark flashbang, if you will. Or metaphysical ink.
- Mid-level spell: Camouflage! The illusion works well enough to fool any creature's sight, provided they don't have specifically enhanced vision, and he has indefinite pattern retention (until he chooses to either revert or pick up a new pattern). Additionally, he retains reduced visibility if he's moving through an area with similar patterns. However, only his coat and scales change pattern.
- Cybernetic mod: Circuit patterns on his webbing (both in land and water form).
Tier 3: (Gained August 21st 2016)
- Large room in the arcade
- Instant resurrection via static in any safe TV or radio of choice
- Teleportation via radios
- Ability to regenerate missing body parts in the arcade (slow, painful and results in cybernetic-looking bits)
- No need for sleep (sleep would still very much help)
- Death-induced memory loss immunity (fallible
depending on my mood)- Major spell: A preacher's voice, described here!
All of these spells make Marco hungry, proportionally to their respective power level.
Priesthood: (Gained shortly after October 14th 2016)
- Ring-like circuitry marking on his ring finger
- Time stop (affects anyone who doesn't follow the Fourth God)
- Ability to access the network at any time without a laptop (AKA BRAIN INTERNET)
NEPHILIM FUNTIMES 2017
- Large and thick bovine horns pointing upwards; upon closer examination, the ridges at the base of the horns resemble circuitry engraved around them
- Blond, lion-esque mane (and a tail to match)
- A new pair of eyes atop his old ones. They are also farsighted.
- Brilliant golden aura around his head
- Slight ethereal glow shining through him
- Two larger, dove-like wings on his back, and then a pair of far smaller ones just below them
- Taller than before - now reaches a stunning 6'2'' - with some additional bulk to complement his height
- His right hand clashes with the rest of him - it's still red and metallic, attached to his arm by wiring.
- Smells like pancakes and strawberries.
MARCH 2021 - ROLE-REVERSAL (human AU)
Age: 31
Occupation: CEO of MegaSol, an ambitious startup
Eccentric but kind, Marco inherited his father Luigi Evangelisti's startup after his tragic death at the hands of a vampire, and now intends to carry on his quest to make technology akin to the monsters' laptops available for the human population. Despite this, he has sympathy for the monsters (... noticeable vampire phobia aside), as he believes they act out of genuine need.
As the week goes on, the details of his "eccentricities" together with the persistent sense that something isn't right with this picture will begin to grate on him, making him wonder if there is something wrong, and whether it's with the world around him or with himself.
Rachel's uncle, on her mother's side. Previously worked for Alan Masterson (AM). Has a crush on Fiddlefjord Myklegard (Fiddleford), but he's fairly sure it's unrequited and has tried to get over it (unsuccessfully). Goes drinking with Ben (Hawkeye) every so often.
