Once upon a time Marco decided he needed some help in the physical/magical prowess department and so he forked over 120 coins to Tikbalang and did all this junk. As a result, he now has the ability to cause stormy weather near/in a source of water, with the following limitations:
- The effect scales according to the size of the water source in question (i.e. doing it near a bathtub would cause some condensation and ripples at best, doing it near the ocean would be significantly more dangerous) - The effect is localised to the area he's in, even if he's doing it near the ocean. As for how wide the range is... In lakes and such I suppose the effect is just limited to the surface area (plus, like, a meter or two surrounding it), but as far as the sea is concerned, uh. No more than a mile, I'd say, and even that feels like a bit much. ALL OF THIS IS MALLEABLE IN ACTUAL PLAY OF COURSE I don't wanna ruin anyone's fun - Certain emotional states can accidentally trigger these powers.
