There are a lot of these faces, yes (they're called emoticons, by the way), and I'm sure I don't even know all of them. Heck, sometimes people here who use faces I've never seen before Usually it's the Japanese kids, I think, they do emoticons differently in general.
But yes, I can try to think of a few.
The first that comes to mind is :( Can you tell that's a frown?
I can, actually. :) The second symbol is upside-down. :( I should hope to never have to use it, I would like to think I convey disappointment well enough without narrating a face, but I'm glad to have it regardless.

It's an uppercase D, so it's supposed to look like a wide smile.
That's a bit of an unfortunate oversight, though.
I wonder if it's possible to tweak the text-to-speech so it can recognize emoticons.
