Even more quietly, he whispers an apology; used as he is to hypnotizing people like this, he can't help feeling guilty about it, even when feeding isn't involved in the equation. It's manipulation, pure and simple; it's wrong.

[For shame! You could at least face the kid after hypnotizing him and taking what he rightfully stole from you first!!! At least luckily for him Jataro doesn't have a super sniffer or anything.
