It takes some people a long time just to get used to where all the letters are.

i have claws yes

i trim them sometimes but it doesnt seem to help much

Oh, idea: try asking Mana to see if she can make them retractable?
Mine are so they don't get in the way much.
It was the webbing that was more of a problem at first, really.

Generally, in a manner of speaking.

Laptop computers go on your lap
But not all the time and especially not if they're overheating and in fact it's perfectly acceptable to just put them on a desk as well.
