Josuke has informed my roommate who has informed me that he is not upholding our contract and that is all the information I received in that regard. I even gave him one of my cats and this is how I am treated. It's repulsive business behavior.

So that leaves you to uphold the agreement. Shall I forward you a copy of the contract?
