At this point, Marco is either drafting his apology post or otherwise doing something related to it. All things considered, he didn't do anything irredeemable, he hopes; he was rude to some people and outright cruel to others, but he could have done a lot worse than that when Javert provoked him, for instance.
In any case, only someone like Fiddleford, so familiar with Marco's mannerisms, would be able to tell he's on the network right now; going by appearances, Marco is just sitting on the couch, thinking. Which, to be fair, is most of what using the network entails for him.
He's not so engrossed in it that he doesn't notice Fiddleford talking to him, thankfully. He does fail to notice, however, the ominous air to his approach.
"What is it? People aren't giving you trouble about your post, are they?"
Fiddleford wanted to keep his new allegiance secret for a reason, but... maybe it was inevitable that it wouldn't work out that way forever.
